Premium, design-driven apparel inspired by summer

Three Arch Bay

Three Arch Bay

Three Arch Supply Company began in 2019 as a creative outlet for Bill Bowers with designs inspired by the California coast and its history, surf, sand, and sun. The idea for this project was inspired by the place in Laguna Beach where he grew up – Three Arch Bay.

Founded in the early ’20s for vacationers, artists, and perpetual beach bums, Three Arch is rich in history and abundant in beauty. Hollywood director Edward H. Griffith built an estate there in 1929 and the 1935 Erroll Flynn film, “Captain Blood”, and the 1936 movie “Give Us This Night”, featuring Gladys Swarthout, were filmed there. The Beach Boys mention Three Arch Bay in their song “California Feelin’.”

My father dove for abundant abalone there in his youth. And the infamous El Niño of 1983 claimed an entire dune buggy from its shore. As a teen, time with friends at this place seemed endless. Everyone was perpetually sandy, salty and sunburned. Three Arch Supply Company is rooted in the core idea of connecting with the natural elements of surf, sand, and sun and every product is designed with an endless summer mindset.
