Some of our shirts are screen-printed in San Francisco at Ape Do Good. Some shirts use water-based or discharge ink, that makes an extremely soft print, and some use plastisol inks to achieve brighter, high-contrast prints. Check the details of each product for specific printing types.
Some of our shirts are printed DTG (direct-to-garment) which yields quality prints with that inks are eco-friendly, non-toxic, non-hazardous, and water-soluble. They're free of bad stuff like heavy metals, formaldehyde, and Alkylphenol Ethoxylates (APE). Bleh!
To get the most life out of your tees, machine wash them inside-out, on a cold and gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.
Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High-temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and a high-temperature dryer settings can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print.
Shipping is offered at a flat rate of $5 (+ $.75 per item) for standard orders within the US. We ship orders within 3-5 days of purchase. Free shipping offers are only valid for orders shipped within the US and do not apply to wholesale orders.
